Co-operative Suur-Savo modernized its customer service by implementing the Susa touchscreen system, based on open-source technology. This innovative system enables versatile customer data collection and analysis directly in-store, as well as efficient remote content management. Metatavu carried out a comprehensive survey project, designed through service design, ensuring the system’s seamless implementation and cost-effectiveness without any licensing fees.

Co-operative Suur-Savo needed a touchscreen system directly implemented at the customer interface in-store, which would enable the collection and analysis of zero-party data as well as the efficient management and presentation of content.

The project was implemented using a requirements specification based on service design and an interactive prototype. In collaboration with the client, the system’s needs were mapped, a solution was designed, and the implementation phase was prepared.
