User-friendly interface
Lääkärikeskus Ikioma needed a mobile application to improve the use and accessibility of electronic services. Expert assistance was sought in the design and feasibility assessment of the app to ensure that technical requirements were met and the integration would be seamless.

"The preliminary study proceeded in good collaboration, with discussions and joint idea generation. The project took into account the relevant regulations in the social and healthcare sector, such as system classification and record-keeping issues. Communication with the patient information system provider was handled independently, and we were often only required to confirm matters. We received realistic and appropriate suggestions, which allowed us to plan the next steps. The process was very transparent. Based on the thorough preliminary study, we decided to continue the project towards developing Ikioma's mobile application. The insights from the preliminary study were effectively utilized as the project progressed, allowing us to focus directly on the core issues."
